I achieve to make tcltk work on R 64 installing Active tcltk8.5 64bit version then setting windows environment variables as in http://www.sciviews.org/_rgui/tcltk/InstallRTclTk.html. But now, it uses only this 64 bit version and thus do not work anymore in R 32 bit !
In my case, it solves my problem as I will probably use only R 64bit but I do not like to end with an half solution.
