I'm using plotnetwork {spaa} in order to get a correlation network plot of my
data (e.g.: http://www.oga-lab.net/RGM2/func.php?rd_id=spaa:plotnetwork).
By default, 'interval' argument indicate the number of intervals by which the
range of input data is partitioned (the number of partitions between the lowest
and the highest value, unless I am mistaken). I would like to get intervals
that are not sensitive to the range of the data but rather arbitrarily defined
by myself (in order to get exactly the same intervals accros multiple samples,
in reference to p critic values of Pearson table). May you know how to do it ?
I hope this is not a stupid question !! (I'm a beginner in R).
Thanks a lot.
