install.packages("gplots", dependencies=TRUE) and the outcome was something like this: Aviso en install.packages("gplots", dependencies = TRUE) : argument 'lib' is missing: using '/home/buscoverdad/R/i686-pc-linux-gnu-library/2.11' --- Please select a CRAN mirror for use in this session --- Loading Tcl/Tk interface ... done probando la URL 'http://cran.itam.mx/src/contrib/gplots_2.8.0.tar.gz' Content type 'application/x-gzip' length 257552 bytes (251 Kb) URL abierta ================================================== downloaded 251 Kb * installing *source* package 'gplots' ... ** R ** data ** inst ** preparing package for lazy loading Error : package 'gtools' was built before R 2.10.0: please re-install it ERROR: lazy loading failed for package 'gplots' * removing '/home/buscoverdad/R/i686-pc-linux-gnu-library/2.11/gplots' The downloaded packages are in '/tmp/Rtmp7ZWQHQ/downloaded_packages' Mensajes de aviso perdidos In install.packages("gplots", dependencies = TRUE) : installation of package 'gplots' had non-zero exit status What should i do?
