I use Rbloomberg package to download bloomberg data. Other required packages are RDCOMClient, zoo and chron. The problem I have is an error file (RDCOM.err) that is created by starting the download process. The growth of the file increases with each downloaded ticker and series by 2 Kb. After downloading 1200 tickers, each 3 series (3600 datasets), the growth of the file is 7.2 Gb. The file is on the C: folder located.
