I understand that plot.dendrogram() plots a dendrogram vertically, so the root is to the left and leaves to the right. I also understand that the horiz=TRUE option plots it horizontally so the root it at the top and the leaves at the bottom.
My question is can these be plotted so the root is on the bottom and leaves at the top (in horizontal orientation) or root on the right and leaves to the left (in vertical orientation)?
