I apologize for being pedantic. I got JGR working for a very short time
yesterday.
This morning I realized some patch installed by the on-line SuSE updates had
again messed up my monitor.
Now the situation seems back to normal as far as the monitor is concerned.
But neither JGR nor CrossOver (Windows emulation to run MS Office programs)
works any more.

I'd like to avoid opening my door to SuSE repositories that automatically
fill up my hard drive, installing even patches incompatible with my system
h/w. Therefore I would appreciate some guidelines (just for SuSE0 to install
and run JGR.
What are the necessary files ? It seems that java with its develop. env. is
all what is needed ??

Thank you in advance,
