For some reason I get the following error: "Error: could not find function "scale_colour_manual"
so I couldn't make the plots. Otherwise I completely agree that color is good way to summarize in the key several different models and operations performed on the same data (it is always a trick to find colors that print clearly in black and white). But in my case I just want to plot the raw data and to distinguish it in the key.
