Hello,
when using coxph function from survival package, what do you do if you encounter such problem like:

Warning message:
In fitter(X, Y, strats, offset, init, control, weights = weights, :
Loglik converged before variable 3,4 ; beta may be infinite.

It generally does not signal a problem. You can, of course, check to see if any betas are unexpectedly large. I have never found that unusually large estimates after such a warning.
