I should have read the website more carefully: "Download and install R (installers for Linux, Mac OS X universal, Windows, ...; use at least R 2.10.1)." http://www.sciviews.org/SciViews-K/index.html In Windows, I use that version but I didn't think about it when trying to install it in Linux.
