Thank you for your reply. The reason why I was trying to compile R source is that I encountered some compile errors when I tried to use Rcpp package in order to compile my c++ program connected to R.
A lot of link errors happened like undefined reference to `__gxx_personality_sj0' undefined reference to `_Unwind_SjLj_Register' undefined reference to `_Unwind_SjLj_Unregister' These link errors were happened even after I installed R 2.11.1 and use Makefile.win I will really appreciate if you can give me a hint to solve that problems...
