Hi there -- Did a google search and couldn't find an answer, so I'm writing the list --
In the gplot function heatmap.2, I've found that the actual heatmap image, when printed to the pdf() device, is about 1/4 or less of the page length. Is there any way to increase the size or the length of the heatmap image, so it can be sent to a static device like .pdf? I would prefer to use heatmap.2 because of the dendrogram functionality.
