Hello, Since bugzilla #17277 (https://bugs.r-project.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17277) was resolved all.equal.POSIXt now compares timezone attributes. Comment 4 (https://bugs.r-project.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17277#c4) in that ticket makes reference that both arguments check.tz (which appears to have actually been implemented as check.tzone) and check.attributes should disable this checking. However looking at the implementation (and behavior with a devel version of R) I'm finding that check.attributes is not disabling the timezone checks.
