Thanks Simon, I will go ahead with JGR now.
There are java packages like rJava and RCaller. And i found they are not useful after a certain extent. How different is JGR from these two? I am willing to tolerate more complexity but, i am curious to develop a more sophisticated application where i want to see R outputs in some some other environment without using R console.
