My issue actually came from the fact that my Renviron.site file was modifying the path variable (I though windows path and R path were different so hardcoded a path in Renviron. Because of this, the command in R "tool::.SHLIB()" was crashing R without any error message. I can finally use Rcpp and RcppArmadillo, love it !
