Just to clarify...in my original email, the URL I meant to put in was this: http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/rtest.html That page had a broken link to the installer for a couple days. Putting in the FHCRC mirror was just a mistake on my part. I understand where CRAN master is supposed to be.
