An apparent bug in the documentation for heatmap() was pointed out a
few days ago
<http://tolstoy.newcastle.edu.au/R/e14/devel/11/07/0656.html>.
I haven't seen any discussion of this. Would it be better to submit
it as a bug so it doesn't get lost?
