[Rd] Windows Rzlib.dll gzopen and friends

Several Bioconductor packages were expecting Windows Rzlib.dll to 
provide gzopen / gzread / gzseek / gzgets / gzrewind / gzclose. Are 
these gone for good, viz., r55624 ?
