Something should be added to the Writing Extensions manual since one gets this message during the R CMD build on Vista:
hhc: not found CHM compile failed: HTML Help Workshop not installed? and one is not really sure if the result is ok or not -- it does say it FAILED. Even better would be to get rid of the message or improve the message. Again, this all refers to doing a build on Vista.
