For anyone who downloads the Windows builds: the "r-patched" build will stay on the old 2-2-patches branch until the release, and the "r-devel" build will continue to be made from the daily tarballs, now on the R-2-3-patches branch. From now until the release date there won't be any binary builds from the trunk.
