Hi! A final idea: Did you check the stick? Once I had a problem and it turned out that the stick was dying, even though not used much. You could try h2testw (https://www.heise.de/download/product/h2testw-50539) in Windows. Even though English sites offering it exist, I'd recommend to download from the original site.
