Are you moving directly from 32 to 34? It sounds like it. I think you should upgrade from 32 to 33, confirm that is working, and then run the upgrade to 34. Dont forget to upgrade the Qubes repositories at the same time. It would be helpful if you could post any error messages you see in the actual upgrade process. The recommended install method for beginners would be to install a fedora-34 template, and that isn't available yet. Can you explain what you meant by this?
