I'm a novice Linux user, so please bare with me. A few days ago, I was trying
to chat online and noticed that my microphone isn't picking up anything. I
tested the microphone on a few sites and still nothing. Are there any command
line tools i can use to fix it? I receive audio output, so i don't think it's
the sound card. But could it be a defective chip or am I not doing something
right? Dom0 picks up the Mic and I can attach it using the UI tool. But no one
can hear me.
