That means you have an older template package that was removed from the
Qubes servers, so it can't be reinstalled as the same version.
When that happens, you can use '--action=upgrade' instead and it should
grab the latest available version.

Thank you for the suggestion, i tried upgrade instead of reinstall but
got the following:

Then tried reinstall again just for the heck of it and still got the
same response.
