I control my television by voice using an Amazon fire TV cube in
combination with a Broadlink RM Pro. With the fire TV cube, I can turn
the TV on and off, increase and decrease the volume, and change
inputs. I can control my satellite box (dish network) using the fire
TV cube as well. To change the channel on the television for over the
air channels, I had to get the Broadlink RM Pro. My TV isn't a smart
TV, so I use the fire TV cube for all the streaming services. Using
the Broadlink RM Pro required it learning all of the remote control's
infrared buttons one at a time. Was fairly simple, just a little
time-consuming. The fire TV cube already knew the codes it needed.
