Its gone from a silver dollar size to a dime. My mom says putting sugar on it 
will work, but im not certain. I never really get air to it in fear of scraping 
it on my footrest. The old skin is cut out as best we can. I know most normal 
cuts like air now and then. Its a shame I don't really know how to improve my 
circulation anymore since I had to quit swimming. I think better circulation 
would have avoided it altogether. I took some old antibiotics I had left over 
and had the biggest bowell accident known to man since the moon landing, lol.
