Im a quad around 20 yrs post and have been using majic bullet suppositories. Some days it takes well over an hour and I have read that some people try something called a fleet enema. Could someone explain exactly which enema a quad would need to purchase and how it would be inserted and such. I am able to get onto the bowell chair. Thanks for your help.
