Anyone know of a Grant for disabled persons starting a business? National or AZ?   Or anything that might benefit a business? I need to get a Business License, so it will be an official business. I might go to Art Street Fairs, local Art Walks, etc. Was just hopin there might be Grants out there?   Greg
