After I had my 2nd pressure wound in 2013. The wound care doctor ordered me this mattress that Medicare purchased. My wound healed in 2014, but it has become difficult for my caregivers to transfer me to the wheelchair, so I have decided to stay in bed. I have not had any pressure points on this mattress the past 3 years being in bed 24/7.
