Problem is solved, I think..
I've downloaded & installed a later snapshot :
Qt Creator 2.0.93 (2.1.0-rc1)
Based on Qt 4.7.1 (64 bit)
Built on Oct 27 2010 at 02:06:32
From revision 2e650d0fa1
And runs without problems with my complex projects...
