Something like this should work:
LPMEMORYSTATUSEX info = {
.dwLength = sizeof(LPMEMORYSTATUSEX),
};
if (!GlobalMemoryStatusEx(&info)) {
...error report...
}
return info.ullTotalPhys;
(or ullAvailPhys for current free memory)
