This patchset combines fixes from the Meego tree (Peter Maydell, Juha
Riihimäki) and my own fixes such that ARM Neon instructions VQMOVUN
VQRSHL VQRSHRN VQRSHRUN VQSHRN VQSHRUN VSLI VSRI now pass all my
tests.
