Qemu's own mail archives are here: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/ There are plenty of other available web archives, if you insist on using web archives instead of direct subscription. Gmane is not what it used to be after last year's shutdown and transfer of ownership; this used to be the archive on gmane: http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.qemu although you are correct that it doesn't really work now.
