This patchset fixes a bunch of minor bugs spotted by Coverity. (With these I think the only remaining Coverity issue for linux-user is that it would prefer us not to call rand(). That is awkward to fix because we can't rely on /dev/urandom existing inside chroot environments where QEMU might be deployed.)
