I just pushed a new version, more or less complete.
all STM32 MCUs and STM32 related boards use the new object oriented framework.
the STM32F103RB is functional, including SysTick.

the boards from other vendors (kinetis, lpc, netduino, sam, tiva, xmc) and
their mcus, will be updated at a later moment.
