Introduce a new AST2700 A2 SoC variant by adding a dedicated class initialization function.
This commit sets the A2 silicon revision and defines its SoC capabilities, including CPU type, SRAM size, peripheral counts, and CPU topology, while reusing the existing IRQ and memory maps.
