qdvdauthor generates bogus entries for chapters in the pre section. They can
be removed without causing any problems.
Enclosed is an example of what I'm talking about. dvdauth0.xml is the
original, generated by qdvdauthor. dvdauth.xml is the hand-edited version with
the bogus entries removed. The generated DVD works fine.
One of us should probably get around to filing a bug report on this. I'm very
close to being able to use the latest qdvdauthor for the first time in about
three years; once that happens, I'll get more motivated about reporting things
like these.
