It is also possible that I missed bumping a few ports that have the numpy RUN_DEPENDS gated in an default option. Going to keep this open since there are many direct consumers that are nested, for example a scipy consumer that also specifies numpy in its dependencies, that need to be looked at and untangled. Reminder, exp-runs can only verify that something builds, which is does not mean anything when it comes to verifying runtime. Most direct consumers only specify numpy as a RUN_DEPENDS.
