Champagne! Congrats *Julien*! Julien Palards is the one who really drives the effort to get a translated doc at python.org. Thanks also Naoki INADA for the help on that PEP. I didn't do much, except of pushing to get a PEP and get everything written down to make things going smoothly and making the discussion more productive.
