These things are above my pay grade. The question is more the number of cryptanalysis and if they are know weakness. In the meanwhile, someone can maybe experiment a hack to use HighwayHash in Python and run some microbenchmarks and pyperformance benchmark suite. Victor -- Night gathers, and now my watch begins.
