I prefer the "PEP 340 redux" version.  Both the flexibility for __enter__
to return a separate object and the ability for __exit__ to react to
exceptions are useful.

I prefer 'with'.  The 'do' keyword sounds "loopy" and doesn't make
grammatical sense.
