In IDLE Shell, with either ^C or ^D,
>> try:
... input('??')
... except:
... 'done'
...
...
??
'done'
'getpass.getpass('??') does same after printing warning from line 100 that
fallback_getpass is being used. The newline may be supplied by IDLE, not sure.
