Python 2.7 returns:

"http://docs.python.org/library/urllib.html";
2to3 -w test.py
Python 3 returns:
"http://docs.python.org/library/urllib.html";
"http://docs.python.org/library/urllib.html";
I expect geturl() result with "#OK" in all cases
