I've uploaded new Windows installers for Python v2.6 and v3.1. These are built against Python v2.6.4 (rather than v2.6.5) and v3.1.1 (rather than v3.1.2).
Hopefully this will fix the problems with the original installers which seems to be caused by a binary incompatibility in the latest versions of Python.
