After reading http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/pyqt/buy.php I understand that a PyQt license must be purchased from Riverband Computing in order to develop closed-source PyQt applications, but I'm not clear on something: Is it also necessary to purchase a Qt developer license from Trolltech when developing closed-source PyQt3 applications?
