I followed the tutorial below, so binaries built by Christof. I think the conda 
method was introduced after I setup my computer. I can install from conda if 
that is better.

When you say 'prebuilt binaries', do you mean the pyopencl package in
conda forge? Also, what OpenCL implementation are you planning on using,
and do you want pyinstaller to ship that as well?
