Shrihari, Try to install on Windows XP: Microsoft Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010 Redistributable Packages for x86.
Then run your application. If it works, then you can copy missing DLLs (msvcr90.dll, etc) from them in your application directory (but it is not suggested), else there is something else missing.
