Try playing with the bundle option. I had same errors (_gtk.pyd and
_gobject.pyd) and after setting bundling off (option 3 I think),

I wonder if this could be related? (Things used to work fine with the
old 2.12.9 Gtk+ installer from [3] with python 2.6.4 and pygobject
2.14.2-2, pycairo 1.4.12-2 and pygtk 2.12.1-3.)
Any help appreciated!
Kind regards
