HTML scattered over dozens of files or even more is unprintable and on
screen its not only tedious to read, but also occupies lots of
screenspace.
I haven't been able to do this from the docbook source. Someone did it
from the html but I lost the info of howit was done. I recall it was
really large ~1000 pages and the formatting was really ugly.
