http://www.immunitysec.com/resources-papers.shtml has a link to a similar presentation I did for the NY LUG. I've pinged them to see if they can put the movie of the (very introductory) talk up on their page.
(I still have plans to produce a document about the threading issues and how we solved them in CANVAS in a win32-linux way, but that may be a few months out yet.)

Though there is currently no reference documentation, there are two separate libglade tutorials:
http://www.linuxjournal.com/article.php?sid=6586 (Dave Aitel)
and
http://sjbrown.geeky.net/metagame-sector/tutorial.html (Shandy Brown)
Additionally, I've added some information as FAQ 22.1:
http://www.async.com.br/faq/pygtk/index.py?req=show&file=faq22.001.htp
Would any of the authors of the tutorials above be in a position to
update and allow inclusion on pygtk.org of the tutorials themselves?
Or would anyone else be willing to produce an original document that could be hosted there? We offer good bandwith, fame, gratitude and a semi-operational autoupdate mechanism [1] <wink>.
[1] On a positive note, pygtk.org is now auto-updating every night (verified), so no longer will we have problems with updates not showing up. Sorry to everybody who was inconvenienced by this problem, and thanks to Jeff for fixing <wink> it.
Take care,
