[pygtk] Is there a windows binary of pygtk available?

I was wondering whether there is a windows binary of pygtk available. 
I'm trying to write an installation guide for a program I've written 
that uses pygtk, and all of the required modules other than pygtk have 
binaries available on the web. Can anyone point me to a binary version?
